Hello, I’m Graham Lewis.
My calling is to support people confronting difficult change.
As a consultant, coach, advisor, advocate and partner I’ve helped many people find meaning, purpose, and fulfilment in their working lives.
I live in Magill, a suburb of Adelaide, South Australia. The magic of technology has enabled me to work with people all over the world. This included interviewing a Zambian national via his satellite phone whilst he was working in a remote part of the Zambian savannah!
A broad breadth of experience
My clients have included people from all tiers of management, right up to CEOs. I’ve worked with professionals across a broad spectrum of industries as well as front-line staff.
The organisations represented include corporations and national companies, statutory and industry bodies, Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs), and all levels of government.
My capacity to adjust to environments and manage a wide mix of expectations has helped me rise to challenges, rather than resist them.
Whether it’s implementing innovative solutions during a time of complex change, recruiting people for hard-to-fill roles, or managing an environment struggling with a clash of motivations, I thrive on finding the path to success.
Even as an aspiring state cricketer and sport development professional I was confronted with change. I was employed by the Australian Cricket Board (now Cricket Australia) to establish the national Kanga Cricket Program in South Australia, then going on to establish both elite pathways and community programs.
I can help you navigate change too. Please get in touch.
